This is a discussion of a woman, an ordinary woman who participates in the everyday and commonplace acts of life. As she re-views (reminiscences) about her present, past, and future. This collaboration of, and interdependence between the visual and the verbal, forms an autoethnography of a woman’s life and explores a still developing, still evolving selfhood.

Letters Between Us Visits B&N Crocker Park, OH
Thank you to Bobbie Werner Community Relations Manager (not pictured) and the staff of Barnes & Noble in Crocker Park, OH for giving me a writer's reception on a cold and snowy Saturday Jan 17 afternoon. They provided coffee and my cousins and I provided yummy brownies to attract a crowd.
Luckily, family and friends turned out in large numbers for this meet & greet and bought all 20 copies that Bobbie and the store had ordered of Letters Between Us. Hooray!
It was wonderful to see everyone and talk with passersby also who took interest in my work.
I was having such a good time signing books that I forgot to take photographs of the crowd and so returned later to at least document being at this large, spacious, and well-run store...Bobbie---you are great and thanks for your belief and support in Letters Between Us. Thanks again to all the Trotta and Palermo families and also the many friends & colleagues of Marylou and John who I loved meeting and chatting with.
